To run CTF themes, your PSP must be running Custom Firmware (CFW) 6.60 or 6.61.
The PlayStation Portable (PSP) remains one of the greatest handheld consoles for custom firmware (CFW) enthusiasts. Even years after its release, customizing the XrossMediaBar (XMB) interface is a favorite pastime for users. If you are running firmware version 6.60, Custom Theme Format (CTF) files are the best way to completely overhaul your console's icons, sounds, fonts, and animations. Access it on GitHub
On your PSP, navigate to the theme settings (typically in Settings > Theme Settings ) and select the newly added theme.
